Job Description

Key Results Areas (KRAs):

  • Enter new orders accurately and on-time
  • Communicate promptly with new leads.
  • Have a great working relationship with store managers, SASMs, and associates so they are stoked to recommend PerfectWater to LOWE’S customers.
  • Meet sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and on-time entries in CRM and MIC.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform lead generation in stores
  • Provide training for LOWE’S staff on how to open conversations with customers about water treatment
  • Put marketing materials in stores
  • Attend spotlight meetings in stores
  • Manage spiff program
  • Maintain and restock sales aids
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Attend technical training provided by PerfectWater
  • Perform follow-ups with open leads
  • Perform follow-ups to clients post installation
  • Ask for positive reviews on Google and other review sites
  • Create estimates

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and self-motivated
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Suite
  • Computer proficiency for using our CRM and estimating software

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in consumer sales
