A Step by Step Process of What to Expect from PerfectWater™
1. Let’s Meet for A Few Minutes and Get to Know Each Other
Whether we meet standing in your mechanical room, leaning on a pickup truck, rocking on the front porch, or in your home, it is important to us to have a safe and casual time to get to know each other. This is a great time for us to understand what your interests are as well as enable us to present the options you have for water quality improvement. From water purification to rainwater harvesting, we are here to offer the best water quality services to meet your needs.
2. From Our Experience and Knowledge, We Will Prepare a Quote and Design
Considering your desires and interests, we then get to work on preparing a quote the job. To come up with the best solution for your water purification or rainwater harvesting, our expert staff of Certified Water Specialists will evaluate the project: source water chemistry, demand, pressure, location, space availability, main, and electrical (if needed). Once we have gathered all the necessary information, the data is then compiled and is ready for the designing process. Once the final design is reviewed, you will then receive a quote of the job within just a few days.
3. Completing the Job
You may have a few questions or you may want to meet again for a more in-depth discussion about the quote. We may agree on the quote as written or, perhaps, consider some alternatives. Either way, we are here to serve you. We make sure our part of the project is completed on time with meticulous workmanship and professional execution. After the job is complete, we will schedule a day and time that is convenient for you to do an explanatory walkthrough of the install. These walkthroughs are normally set for a week or two after the installation. We then contact you within approximately 30 days to be sure that you are 100% satisfied.
4. Continue a Comfortable and Relaxed Relationship
Our professional service department will automatically contact you for scheduled maintenance on your specific system. Depending on your equipment and system set-up, this normally occurs annually or every 4 years. We have proudly provided Perfect Water services to our customers for over 20 years and look forward to a long and pleasant relationship with you as well!
